60 Minute 1-on-1 Assessment
A full one hour assessment carried out by the physical therapist to do a deep dive into history, lifestyle, limitations, along with a physical assessment looking at alignment, movement patterns and all necessary objective measures to find the root cause of the problem in order to develop a personalized plan for you.

Manual Therapy
Hands-on techniques carried out by the physical therapist that are tailored to your body's needs to improve joint and soft tissue mobility and improve stiffness, tension and any restriction that may be contributing to your symptoms and causing movement dysfunction.
Dry Needling
The use of a monofilament needle to release trigger points in the muscle, reduce pain and improve movement. Releasing the trigger point in a muscle will allow the muscle to function properly during activity.
