We are an out-of-network practice in order to allow us freedom and flexibility for our clients without the restrictions of insurance limiting what we can provide. This allows us to provide one-on-one full hour sessions to accurately diagnose and treat for our clients. We will still provide you with a SuperBill to submit claims to your insurance provider if you choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

No, North Carolina is a direct access state. This means that you can directly access a physical therapist without needing a referral from a physician. Your physical therapist will refer you out if appropriate depending on the assessment findings.

Yes! We accept both FSA and HSA funds.

We offer per session rates as well as packages to reduce the per session rate. The recommended frequency is dependent on the assessment findings and the patient’s goals, which will be discussed at the initial evaluation. Please contact us to inquire further about pricing and any questions you may have.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Please wear something comfortable that you can move in. Please make sure the area being treated can be easily accessed, including skin access during the manual treatment portion of your session.
